Job Duties:
- Networking, marketing and sales to obtain new "business for sale" listings
- Business valuation
- Development of printed and web-based marketing materials
- Buyer recruitment and evaluation
- Deal management; i.e., working with sellers, buyers, accountants, lawyers, landlords, etc. to move transactions to completion
“ Must Have" Qualifications:
- At least 8 years total work experience
- At least 3-5 years sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success or 3-5 years experience running your own business
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent general business acumen
- Highly organized, able to multi-task
- Impeccable reputation for honesty and integrity
Bonus Experiences - None of These Is Required:
Experience running your own business; 4-year degree and/or MBA; a real estate sales license; business-to-business and/ or ‘big ticket item” sales experience; contacts in
Houston's small business community; mergers and acquisitions experience; experience in marketing, management consulting or accounting.
